These are wide pants from J.S. Homestead's 17AW collection, designed based on the 40's US NAVY type.
The fabric is pique. I purchased them for around 24,000 yen.
They have a stripe-like construction.
The fabric is stiff but will become more comfortable with wear.
There are also matching items, so they can be used as a set-up.
Worn only a few times, they are in good condition with no noticeable damage.
